Dr. Jacqueline Vu attended the University of California, San Diego where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Healthcare and Social Issues. She then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA. Her rotations were completed at the Wellish Vision Institute in Nevada, the VA Northwest Medical Center in Arizona, and Minnesota Eye Consultants in Minnesota where she provided comprehensive vision care and cataract surgery care. Dr. Vu specializes in fitting specialty contact lenses for patients with keratoconus and high astigmatism.
Dr. Vu is a member of the California Optometric Association, Orange County Optometric Society and Beta Sigma Kappa Honors Fraternity. She is passionate about providing eyecare to the underserved and continues to be involved in mission trips with organizations including Special Olympics, Unite for Sight, Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity, and Lion's Club.
